From Our Bees to Your Table
“Shahd” (شهد) is an Arabic word that refers to pure honey in its most natural form, rich, raw, and untouched.
We chose the name because it reflects everything we believe honey should be: simple, honest, and connected to nature. Every jar is harvested from our own apiaries in Chelmsford and London, with minimal processing to preserve the true character of the honey exactly as the bees made it.
Every jar is:
We gently jar the honey to preserve its natural enzymes, pollen, texture, and flavour allowing each harvest to reflect the landscape and season it came from.
No blends. No additives. No syrups.
Just pure honey from our hives.
Expect a rich floral flavour with warm amber tones and natural variation between batches. Crystallisation is completely natural and a sign that the honey is raw and unprocessed.
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
If crystallisation occurs, place the jar in warm water to gently soften.
